Are the appliances provided?
Upon request and according to availability, yes. However, you must expressly request this and additional fees may apply.
Are there storage spaces (locker)?
Yes, Domaine des Érables has indoor storage spaces.
Are there in-unit washer and dryer amenities?
Domaine des Érables offer two large laundry rooms, one in each wing of the building. There are no washer-dryer amenities in the units.
Are animals allowed?
For the quiet enjoyment of all of our tenants and cleaningness of the common areas, animals are not permitted on the premises.
Are there parking spaces for tenants and visitors?
Yes and yes! Each tenant has a parking space and with snow removal service in the winter. The Domaine des Érables also offers a large number of parking spots for visitors.
What are the tobacco and cannabis regulations?
Domaine des Érables prohibits smoking inside its buildings and prohibits cannabis use throughout the property, including anywhere on the outdoor premises. Please refer to section 14 of the Rules for more details.
